What’s really holding you back? Fear and insecurity are illusions that distract us from living in the present. Count your blessings and remember that physical things in the world can’t bring security. Release past emotions that are dragging you down. Live in the now, and trust the Creator. Awaken your appreciation and look forward; the point is not to correct the past but to make better choices in the future. Commit to an act of sharing daily. Today’s a good day to throw out or give away possessions that are no longer useful.
Meditate on the letters.
I am letting go of past pain, regret, trauma. All of it. If there is a particular theme or moment that you keep coming back to, picture it in your mind. As you do this meditation, go back to that moment, then reverse it, plant a new seed. I will release past emotions that are dragging me down, replacing old baggage with Light and love. I look forward, not back.
